With more than 19 years of experience— two of which have been at 1736 Family Crisis Center— Terry oversees all human resource and training functions for the agency. Her responsibilities include staff recruiting, training, employee relations, and implementing, monitoring, and training of new policies, including social media and anti-harassment.
