Rapid Re-Housing for Crime Survivors

rapid rehousing services

1736 Family Crisis Center helps individuals and families experiencing abuse to secure and sustain safe permanent housing. The program provides individualized, supportive services to address the unique and evolving needs that survivors and families face. Resources include housing search and location, temporary financial assistance, landlord mediation, after care and referrals. The program connects individuals and families living on the streets or in emergency shelters with rebuilding their lives and resolving challenges to obtaining permanent housing while reducing the amount of time they remain unhoused. We help clients avoid a return to homelessness by linking them to resources that support long-term housing stability. All applicants are screened for eligibility criteria and and desire to obtain permanent housing.
